Term of Services

Posted rates are per person.

Passengers who call in a ride, will be charged $5 per person with a $10 minimum charge when the ride request is not cancelled prior the shuttle arriving at the requested pick up location.

Passengers agree to obey local, state and federal regulations.

Smoking is NOT allowed.

Passengers are responsible for physical damage and/or lost revenue which results
​while boarding, transport,
​ and/or off boarding.

Passengers may not take seating away from other passengers unless paying for additional seats.

Huachuca Xpress Shuttle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.


Theft of Services in Arizona

Revised Statues § 13-1802, an individual is guilty of theft of services if he or she converts services entrusted to or paid for by another, into their own use, or use services entrusted to him or her without paying for them.
